From QRZ.com he says, I have been in Nepal since 2008 working as a pediatrician in Scheer Memorial Hospital of the Seventh day Adventist Church, in Banepa Nepal. Originally from Puerto Rico, WP4FE, I got my Nepal license in July 2011, and use a Yaesu FT-857D and a Kenwood TS-120S with a Comet H-422 dipole antenna.
