Members of the Dongcheng District Radio Club Station (BY1WXD) will be active for ten days from the TIBET Autonomous Region between September 27 and October 7. The location will be near LHASA, grid square NL59hi. This will be the first DXpedition to the Tibet Autonomous Region by Chinese Operators.
The operation is being sponsored by WOUXUN Electronics.
The team plans to be active on 40 thru 6 meters using CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK. They will have two stations on the air using IC7000 radios and SpiderBeam antennas.
